It can help to relieve stress, depression and increases well being and inner peace.Through meditation we come to know to the extent of our mind and body which is at the deepest point of our knowledge. This relaxation response of our mind and body is the innermost feeling than our emotions, thoughts,  reactions, memory etc . The knowledge gained by us through the connection of our mind and body guides us to work in our real life and also to maintain a close relationship with nature.
