How to do online exchange registration?
* Candidates have to submit their online applications on the basis of verification methods.
AADHAAR BASED VERIFICATION
This method will not need to visit any office to complete their employment exchange registration process as the authentication will be done with the help of aadhaar details.
The process for AADHAAR based verification is as follows
Open the online exchange card registration link.
Complete the process with your mobile number. Log in to the portal by providing the user id and password.
Choose register in employment exchange (AADHAAR based) option. Fill the required information and upload the documents in the asked format and size.
NON- AADHAAR based verification process.
This process will need to visit the employment office for verification of documents. Candidates have to select desired employment office, date and time for verification.
Process for NON- AADHAAR based verification.
Open the online exchange card registration link.
Complete the registration process with your mobile number and login with the user id and password.
Choose registration in employment exchange (NON-AADHAAR based ) option.
Select date and time for verification of documents.
Documents required –
PDF of all pass certificate and mark sheets scanned clearly.
For age proof any one of the following is acceptable –
Birth certificate
HSLC admit card
School certificate
For residential proof any one of the following required –
Aadhaar card
Driving license ( self /parents )
Passport copy ( self/parents )
EPIC ( self/ parents )
If candidates belong to SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/EWS category, have to upload cast certificate.
In case of PWD disability certificate issued by the competent authority will be required.
Who can register?
All citizens of India above the age of 14 years and are permanent residents of Assam are eligible to register their names in the employment exchange of the state of Assam.
